Game Crashes / Fatal Error
1. Please see the Infinite Steam page and ensure your PC meets the minimum requirements listed
2. Try Validating your game files through Steam
3. Install the latest driver for your graphics card
Kicked / Timed Out from servers / Server list never populates
1. Navigate to the main menu, you'll find the version number on the bottom left (ex. "Beta 1.6.7"), please ensure this number matches the most recent update shown on the Infinite Tournament Paintball Community hub.
2. If there is a version mismatch fully close out Steam and reopen the application to force the update
3. On the main menu you'll find your Steam name displayed next to your rank. If the text field shows something other than your name (ex. DESKTOP-ASDOIPUFNE) the perform steps one and two as this means your Steam Auth Token has likely been invalidated or expired and requires a re-login of your account.
4. Ensure you are playing on a server with the lowest ping rate possible. 100 or less is recommended. Ping above 120 may lead to less than ideal latency issues. Ping 180 or greater will result in a less than ideal gameplay experience. Excessive packet loss may lead to Timeout/Disconnection. It's very important that players with a strong network connection host matches, this will provide most clients with a solid gameplay experience. It's highly recommended that you play on official servers when they are available!
Textures appear blurry / Graphics look muddy or pixilated
1. Please see the Infinite Steam page and ensure your PC meets the minimum requirements listed. It's important that your GPU has at least 4GB of VRAM otherwise textures may not load at full resolution
Controller or Keyboard inputs not working
1. Try resetting your keybinds to default or manually setting the keybind
2. If using a controller please insure the input type of the controller is X-Input (Standard for Xbox controllers). Some controllers may be D-Input, if this is the case you can configure a controller mapping in Steam Input to emulate an X-Input controller
